Yup, you're right. Things do look kind of different around here. As of January 2012, we've renamed ourselves.

Goodbye, This Global Village, and hellooooooooo, Love Global! While our name's changing, what we offer isn't. The core of who we are and how we support our missionaries is still very much the same. 

Why the change? We're growing, our missionaries are growing, and our hope is that the name Love Global more fully represents what we stand for. (Plus, we kind of think it's got a nice ring to it, don't you?)

Take a minute to look around the site. Click on that Explore button, and then Missionaries... we're pretty sure you'll love what you see.

"So finally 2012 is here. Looking back to the past year, I can only say A LOT had happened!!! It was for sure a year of adventures for me. I didn't understand how most of the events occured, but for some reasons, they came together in many unexpected ways.

I thought that having a close relationship with God means you will get to know His will so crystal clear, that you'll know everything that's gonna happen... From my own experience, that's not necessary true... Yes, knowing God's will would definitely help to know which direction to go. But that doesn't mean one could forecast all the events along the path.

Looking back to the many Biblical stories, that's how God deal with his people. He would tell people the destinations that they should go, then guide them through each challenges along the way. He would encourage them with His promises, and would remind them to have faith in Him...

I don't know what is waiting ahead of me in this new year...but one thing I know...no matter what, Jesus will always be here with me to go through what I will go through - tears or laughters. That's the same for you. I pray that you'll have faith in Him to see you through in this year once again. Wishing you a year with tons of remarkable meaningful moments!"
